(1) The land in the name of the school cannot be leased.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), if any land is to be leased out in connection with the school compound or playground, in the case of a community school, on the recommendation of the Property Protection Committee, Management Committee and the District Education Office, and in the case of an institutional school, the relevant Guthiyar Or on the recommendation of the company's board of directors, management committee and district education office, it can be leased with the approval of the ministry.
